If you sign up for our newsletter, we securely store your email address, optional name, consent and signup date. Newsletter signup is separate from a consultation request.

How we use it

We use inquiry details to respond to your request and provide requested services. With your newsletter consent, we may also send newsletter updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage & security

Inquiries and newsletter subscriber details are stored securely and are accessible only to authorized administrators.

Analytics & cookies

AI chat assistant

Pearl is an AI assistant, not a person. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider via Lovable AI to generate replies and may be inaccurate. Full chat transcripts are not stored by default. Your conversation lasts only while this site is open; a secure session cookie and temporary usage counters help enforce chat limits. Contact details and an optional short summary are saved only if you agree and submit the in-chat follow-up form, so Jacqueline can respond to your request. Please do not share sensitive personal information, including health or financial details, passwords or ID numbers.

We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If analytics are added, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
